Namaste’s new WEE video library makes critical financial literacy training available to thousands of women each year. Our WEE workshops and mini-conferences incorporate our videos and interactive exercises to guide participants through the process of mastering practical skills and creating tangible plans toward financial independence.
WEE workshops are three-hour events facilitated by Namaste’s outstanding community mentors—current or past CPP clients who have experienced significant business growth and demonstrate leadership skills. They conduct WEE workshops in their communities and for NGOs with constituents who would benefit from the training.
Namaste’s WEE workshops plant a seed for marginalized women to think outside the box regarding what’s possible for their lives. The plans they create in our workshops become maps to a more prosperous and independent future. When women set tangible goals for themselves and achieve them, their self-esteem skyrockets. They impart their new financial skills to their children, invest in their families’ well-being and become living examples of women’s empowerment.
