The story of Dina Silvestre is the one of a fighter and entrepreneur.  When she joined the program she was producing typical Guatemalan candies and cakes that she used to sell door to door in her town Ciudad Vieja. During her first cycle with Namaste she started having health problems with her legs and could no longer leave her house to sell her products.  After consulting with her Business Advisor, she started selling ice cream and frozen fruit with chocolate from home.  Thanks to the support of her daughter, she made vinyl signs that advertised her frozen products. Her initial daily sales were Q15.00 ($2) and currently her average daily sales are Q125.00 ($17) and sometimes even more! She also makes ​​birthday and wedding cakes by request. She is an excellent client who readily implements the advice of her business advisor and always wants to learn more on how to improve her business!  Her lifelong dream is to reactivate the typical candy factory and for this reason she is aspiring to the join our new STARZ program.
